DEK Technologies is an IT consulting company established in 1999 in Melbourne, Australia. Thanks to Drini, Eddie and Kerim with over 700 employees and with offices all over the world.
DEK Technologies AB, was established in 2006 with the aim to provide customers with both high expertise and local presence. We have grown since and are now approximately 70+ consultants with main expertise within software development. We are experts in Telecommunications and Data-Communications covering all the product development phases, from feasibility study, design, development to testing, maintenance and support, applying Agile methodologies and practicing DevOps with a focus on Security.
As a growing company, we remain loyal to our core values and our customers always come first. With a culture of integrity, we believe in being 100% transparent regarding all assignments and aim to deliver high quality and cost-effective solutions. We work with large and small businesses. No matter the size of the project, duration of a few months or a few years, whether the market is local or international, we can tailor a solution to fit your needs with our high level of expertise and always push ourselves to step into the mission with a short kick-off before to contribute. NEW UPDATE!
In June 2023 we joined forces with Endava, a global company passionate about leveraging the latest technologies to drive meaningful change. Together with Endava, we support our customers through every step of their digital transformation journey, from ideation to production, creating dynamic platforms and intelligent digital experiences. We successfully continued the integration process and will be fully Endava from 1 July 2024.

Our Story
DEK Technologies Sweden AB was founded in 2006 with the aim to provide its customers with both high expertise and a local presence. DEK Technologies Sweden has since grown and is now approximately 70+ consultants with main expertise within software development.
We are experts in telecommunications and data communications in which we practice Continuous Integration. Within these areas we cover all the product development phases, from feasibility study and development to testing, maintenance and support, applying Agile methodology the whole way.
DEK Technologies consultants have a high level of expertise and they always push themselves to step into the mission with a short kick-off before contributing and improving our customer's business. We value a close relationship with our customers to constantly be as efficient as possible.

DEK is a great place to work. DEK has many different projects which gives me the flexibility to work on the things that interest me the most. The company has developers with varying experiences and cultural backgrounds which has helped improve my technical skills as well as understand different cultures from real people representing those cultures – not reading from books. One of my best things at DEK is the flat nature of management. This gives me the chance to talk to our readily available consultant managers and schedule my work in a way that works well for both me and the company. As a parent, I enjoy the hybrid work model very well – I can drop off & and pick up my kids from kindergarten most of the time which is something that you do not find in many job sites. We enjoy AWs at least once every month where we get to meet our colleagues, take some snacks and play some fun games together.
